This Super Bowl Sunday, The Nelle invites you to ‘Rhythm & Rootz: Locker Room Edition’ -- a virtual pop-up yoga class. We are going for that total locker room fight mode vibe. Instructor Jenna Bodensteiner will lead the virtual Zoom class from The Nelle’s TUF Club gym.
The pop-up class will be in-the-moment, non-choreographed, and high intensity. It’s 60 minutes of lower body grounding movements inspired by a variety of cultures, plus classic yoga postures. Instructor Jenna is all about music all the time, and this class is no different. The class -- ‘Rhythm & Rootz: Locker Room Edition -- will go hard with music curated to put you inside that locker room and feeling all the vibes. The playlist will include adult content and is not for small ears.
We are delighted to have Jenna on the TUF Club x The Nelle team. A certified fitness instructor, she specializes in yoga, cardio training, and music-driven movement. She infuses her classes with music -- the rhythm that drives us -- and diverse cultures -- the rootz that connect us. This mindset created Rhythm & Rootz w/ Jenna, a fitness practice driven by the beat of loud music and the energy it evokes within you.
The need to release anxiety before something big in our lives is REAL. Let’s do this, Nellies.
