Community Manager
Full-time, in-person position at our Crossroads HQ building in KC
- Keep our front desk welcoming + tidy
- Be our first impression for arriving members
- Check members in to HQ
- Handle member + guest inquiries and other matters that arise
- Serve as a guide to all things HQ - property layout, hours, fitness classes, events, reservations, etc
- Elevate the member experience
